By participating in the Kamikaze Energy "Goat Grape" Launch Day promotion (the "Promotion"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is valid exclusively on 1st July 2026 (the "Launch Day").
The Promotion starts at 12:00 AM and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST/your local website time zone) on 1st July 2026, or while stocks last. Orders placed outside this window do not qualify.
Every valid order placed on the Kamikaze Energy website during the Promotional Period will automatically receive the following perks:
Free Can: One (1) free single can of Kamikaze Energy 'Goat Grape' per order.
Future Discount: One (1) 25% discount code for use on your next order.
Limit of one (1) free can per order, regardless of the total order value or number of items purchased.
The free can will be automatically added to your shipment by our fulfilment team. You do not need to add it to your cart.
Free cans are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that stock runs out, Kamikaze Energy reserves the right to substitute the free item with an alternative flavour or item of equal value.
The 25% discount code will be issued via email after your Launch Day order has been successfully processed or shipped.
Validity: The discount code is strictly valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, the code will expire and cannot be extended or reissued.
Exclusions: The discount code is valid for single-use on your next purchase only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, subscription items, bundle deals, or gift cards.
Returns & Refunds: Free promotional items (the free can of Goat Grape) cannot be exchanged, returned, or substituted for cash, store credit, or other products. If you return your purchased items for a refund, the promotional value will not be refunded.
Order Modifications: Due to the high volume of orders expected on Launch Day, we cannot guarantee amendments, cancellations, or address changes once an order has been submitted.
Right to Cancel: Kamikaze Energy reserves the right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive of the promotion (e.g., creating multiple fake accounts to hoard free stock), or in breach of these terms.
The promoter is Kamikaze Energy (referred to as "the Promoter").
The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 1st July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st July 2026.
Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the draw.
Entry is open exclusively to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize. If the selected winner is found to be under the age of 18, their entry will be deemed invalid, and a redraw will occur.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the draw, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Scan the QR code located on any participating Kamikaze Energy promotional can or promotional display material.
Follow the prompts to the official digital entry landing page.
Complete the online sign-up form by providing their full name, valid email address, mobile number, and any other requested details.
Opt-in to receive marketing communications from Kamikaze Energy. (Participants can unsubscribe at any time, but must remain subscribed at the time of the prize draw to be eligible to win).
Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses or aliases will result in disqualification.
The Prize: The winner will receive a "Year’s Worth of Kamikaze Energy". This is defined and capped as twelve (12) standard 24-packs of Kamikaze Energy (total of 288 cans), with flavours subject to stock availability.
Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner’s designated Australian residential address either in one bulk shipment or distributed quarterly (e.g., 3 x 24-packs every 3 months), at the Promoter's discretion.
The Draw: The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw on 1st August 2026.
The winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw (by 3rd August 2026).
The winner’s name will be published on the Kamikaze Energy website and/or social media channels for a minimum of 28 days.
If the prize is unclaimed within 14 days of the draw date despite reasonable contact attempts, a redraw will take place under the same conditions as the original draw.
Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
Tampering: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy: By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the storage and use of their personal information by the Promoter for future marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the Kamikaze Energy Privacy Policy.
